New color scheme

I activated a new (and hopefully better) color scheme. if you want it changed, post a poll in the chat section or PM me.

due to negaitive feedback (and flaming that resulted in a user being banned), I am changeing the color scheme back to what it was previously. I will also take this time to remind you all to stay within the rules. they are there for a reason.

I still feel that the scheme and layout (page width) of the site should be modified for greater usability.
